If you would like to donate to the Youth Mission Trip, please fill out the form below with your selections. This is an apparel pre-order campaign, so we will need to verify donations before we can process your request to ensure we can cover the cost of all orders. Clothing items will take about 4-6 weeks to receive and the team will follow up with you about the work day if you choose that option. You can also donate to the trip without receiving any apparel or service work. Thank you again for supporting our teens!
